Originally home to Danville early residents, the Podva and Shuey Families, Branagh Development sought to lift the historical building and then excavate beneath it to build an underground storage facility. This required safely stablizing the original structure while building a new foundation and storage areas below.  The client and the design team wanted the house to look as it did when it was the original homestead structure on this piece of land that has since been developed.
